Adler Archer, JD

Adler Archer is the Founder and Chairman of the Board of the Adloris Foundation. In that role, he sets the Foundation's strategic direction, leads board governance, and drives external positioning with funders, institutional partners, and academic communities. He is the architect of the governed knowledge infrastructure (GKI) framework that connects the Foundation's ecosystems. He holds faculty appointments at Johns Hopkins University across biomedical engineering, medicine, and business. His doctoral research at King's College London examines how professionals who operate across multiple institutional domains build and maintain legitimacy. A U.S. Air Force veteran whose military service was cut short under Don't Ask, Don't Tell, he has spent over 26 years working across defense, healthcare, law, academia, and civic innovation.
