Alex Zhu, MS

Alex Zhu is the Assistant Director of Data Initiatives at the Adloris Foundation. After completing the Foundation's Research Fellowship, he leads data science, platform operations, and research support across the Foundation's programs. A builder focused on healthcare applications of AI and data science, he has developed healthcare claims processing systems, provider lookup tools, and real-time safety detection models, including a YOLOv8 system for SEPTA subway platforms at Penn State's Nittany AI Alliance. He holds an MS in Data Science and AI from Johns Hopkins University and a BS in Information Science and Technology from Penn State.
