Ernie Ofori

Ernie Ofori is the Director of LMIC Technology at the Adloris Foundation. He provides technology leadership for program deployments and ecosystem infrastructure in low- and middle-income country contexts. A systems engineer and technologist based in Ghana, he serves as Head of Scientific and Technical Computing at the Kofi Annan International Centre of Excellence in ICT (AITI-KACE), where he has worked across technical services, faculty, consulting, innovation, and institutional leadership. He has served as a consultant to ECOWAS on regional trade information systems and as a member of the UNESCO Expert Group on Open Systems and Open Educational Resources. He designed the capacity development program on Emergency Operation Centers for the West African Disaster Prevention Initiative under a U.S. AFRICOM, NADMO, and ECOWAS partnership, coordinating training for emergency response organizations across 14 West African states. His work spans financial technology, high-performance computing, mobile banking systems, and ICT capacity building for governments and multilateral organizations. He holds a degree in Automation Engineering from UCLV, Santa Clara.
