Jonathan Moore is the Senior Director of Civic Innovation at the Adloris Foundation. He leads the design and delivery of the Foundation's civic knowledge infrastructure work, developing partnerships with city agencies, universities, and civic institutions. He served as co-chair of the Bmore Collab task force, the Johns Hopkins and Morgan State research collaboration that produced key insights informing the Foundation's civic innovation approach. An Affiliated Researcher at the Johns Hopkins Inclusive Innovation Initiative (i3), he works at the intersection of academic resources and community impact through the Center for Bioengineering Innovation and Design. He chairs the board of the New Song Community Learning Center, a community wellness hub serving families in Baltimore's Sandtown-Winchester neighborhood. He founded RowdyOrb.it, a broadband infrastructure company advancing connectivity-driven economic development, and previously trained returning citizens as front-end developers and QA testers through the Greater Than program. He co-instructs Principles of Environmental Health at the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health. He brings over 20 years of experience across multicultural marketing, media, workforce development, and civic technology.
