Leroy Harris, MS

Leroy Harris is the Vice President of Global Health at the Adloris Foundation. He leads the Foundation's international health strategy, develops institutional partnerships across regions, and manages relationships with global health funders and multilateral organizations. A retired U.S. Navy healthcare administrator, he has spent over 30 years managing health programs across 25+ countries in Africa, the Asia-Pacific, and the Americas. He led the $1.5M AFRICOM Pandemic Response program across 21 African countries and served as Chief Information Officer for Navy and Marine Corps healthcare across the Pacific. He holds an MS in Information Technology Management from the Naval Postgraduate School and is a Fellow of the American Academy of Medical Administrators.
