Osker Dugger

Osker Dugger is a Senior Advisor for Environmental Health at the Adloris Foundation. He provides strategic guidance on environmental health considerations across the Foundation's regional work, drawing on expertise in vector control, water sanitation, hazardous materials management, and occupational health. A Navy veteran with over 25 years in environmental health and industrial hygiene, he has led environmental programs across the Pacific Islands, the VA Medical Center system, and military installations. He received a Letter of Commendation from the CDC for his work during a dengue fever epidemiological study in Puerto Rico. He holds an MS in Public Health and is a Certified Professional Environmental Auditor.
