Samuel Washington, MS

Samuel Washington is the Senior Director of Health Technology at the Adloris Foundation. He leads technology standards, architecture, security, and health IT interoperability across the Foundation's health technology ecosystems, ensuring systems meet FHIR, TEFCA, and federal compliance requirements. A retired Air Force officer, he has spent over 30 years standing up technology infrastructure in high-stakes environments across the Department of Defense, academic institutions, and private industry. He deployed to Southwest Asia in support of Operation Enduring Freedom and Operation Iraqi Freedom. He holds an MS in Computer and Information Science and an MS in Information Management, along with CRISC and ITIL certifications. He is also a licensed aircraft pilot.
